thinking about an alters/headmates post i saw.. i talked about it with my bf some but i am just kinda thinking still.. is it just me, or is there more of me on the inside? dormant? i'm not quite sure. Maybe there is, I can't tell at the moment.

regardless of how things may have been on here this year was a very rough one for me outside of it. mostly psychological stuff and far...far too much screaming in my lifetime. between that and the ongoing situation in the country (not to mention globally) my head & heart have never felt at ease.
