Meet another of my sisters, Penny. Penny is a former feral, TNRed by a local group. One of the fosters fell in love with her beautiful face, and though Penny was a bit old for it, she worked to socialize her. Penny is still very energy, but also the sweetest girl.

I use photos as a reference, however my best efforts seem to be birds I know well and see day to day, as I can include character. Maybe that’s why I find Owls tricky. I’ve had a few attempts at them - here are some that are ok. 🪶 #watercolour #owls #birds #nature #art #soulfood
