Trying to sign up for a therapist consult and keep getting errors, lol. I don't know how I'm going to find the courage to go back to work on Monday. I need to get out of this profession, but I can't afford to. I feel so trapped and hopeless.

I had the worst panic attack of my life last night that lasted nearly 30 minutes after I had to deal with several heartbreaking cases in one shift. The emotional whiplash was insane bouncing between these cases and routine appointments. It's taken me nearly 24 hours to recover physically. Bleh.
