I watch a channel called wildearth that go on live streamed safari every morning. It's very educational and fun. Today there is a rare occurrence: LIONS! in two locations actually! One of a mating pair and another of a mom with 5 CUBS!!!

Junar's tribe name. I'm mostly doing this in English but I always look for words and names that have fitting translations in Arabic. The tribe is 'raptors'. In arabic that would be 'Jawareh' (جوارح). The arabic word is so much cooler imo and fits the family's mindset. 1/3

I was taking out cookies from the oven a few days ago and burnt my arm. The scar is looking very weird now and after some asking around it might be a third degree burn? It's definitely deep, since my arm dents in when I look at it from the side. It's not blistering either, and only hurts if I press.

2025 Summary of art! I haven't done many big pieces this year. I only got going in the last third of the year. The first half I was drowning in work, and in the summer I wasn't home. So I didn't have much time anyways. However, this was the first year I was able to complete inktober 100%!

Terribly ill with the flu once again 🤕 I can only look at words for so long before my eyes start to burn. And I lost my voice 💀. That has decided what my winter break will be like: cozy at home. Not too bad.

The school admin talking about reassigning me to grade 4 in January (the most difficult students in the school and in need of behavioral and academic support. Idk why they think I can fix them). Not a problem for this year that's for sure. Gonna enjoy my last week of December drawing and gaming.

I want to apply to TCAF but I have no original comics ready for sale or display orz. Just a brewing graphic novel. Could I possibly do a very short story set in the world I've built for my characters and work with that? Hmmm.. I'd have to work a lot over the next week if I want to make that happen.
