Weekend salvaged. Best Lauren has played as the False 9. That 2nd half was basically a complete non event which is exactly what was required. Only big negative is the injury to Nathalie Björn.

Best I’ve seen Lauren James play this season, and she’d been getting a few performances together since she’s been back. Worked hard for the team as well.

In an attacking sense this is the most fluid we’ve looked in a while. Defensively we have been slightly shaky, especially earlier in the half where they were running at our back four down the middle of the pitch. Thompson too casual and allows MLT to get back, should be 2-0, will we pay for that?
