What a goddamn nightmare.

This was definitely the worst Christmas I’ve ever had. Worst holiday season overall, probably worst year so far as a continuation of the past few. This is probably going to be the norm for the rest of my life and that’s getting really exhausting to accept. There is no relief in sight and I’m tired.

how to use this site for new ppl 1. you're going to be on here less. use that extra time on the computer to draw or write or make music or program or play games etc! 2. don't look at the discover tab 3. follow ur faves 4. follow the people your faves repost + reply to 5. build a feed like that

Everyone's dropping tips for people making the switch to Bsky but I'll drop a tip that applies to artists moving to any new platform: Don't be embarrassed about your older art, and treat them like a backlog! You don't have to start completely fresh by only posting newer art.

For further context twitter added a button that allows users to generate ai images using existing art posts from artists. It removes glaze and it basically reskins the artwork by using the existing work as a base. Twitter is no longer a safe space for art
