As someone with Hospital IT experience - AI in the OR is *BEYOND INSANE*. I’ve seen what happens when technical and human process factors fail, even with multiple levels of safety and controls (ask me about equipment sterilisation sometime). AI ain’t fit for purpose with life impacting activities.
