I can get to some cat sitting jobs that I couldn't accept before due to distance 'cause of my electric bike. I have a freedom I didn't think possible. Fibromyalgia robbed me of that freedom for so long. Highly recommend an early Sat morning cycle when roads are quiet. (only 10 mins but still!)

Another healthy meal made with veg from food coop. Potato & red pepper curry with ginger, garlic & onion & carrot. I threw in cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala and a helping of cirio tomato puree. 500ml of water. Himalayan salt & black pepper. Slow cook for 5 hours Is absolutely delicious.
