In Poland, if you make an indie game that flops, you go to jail. Not kidding. If you have a company (you need it to earn $), you need to pay obligatory "insurance" that's 5% of income but NOT less than ~500 euros a month. You don't make enough to pay? They auction off your stuff or you go to jail.
