Last week I tried to remove sections of the Liberal budget bill that retroactively deny compensation owed to Canadian Veterans. But the Liberals and Conservatives teamed up to keep the provisions in place. This shameful decision breaks Canada’s covenant with those who served.

While working-class Canadians are being told to make sacrifices by PM Carney, his Liberal government is repealing the luxury tax on private jets and yachts. The contrast could not be more glaring: austerity for working people, tax breaks for those at the very top.

Ru repeats that "all objectives of the special military operation will be achieved". This is totally different and incompatible w "Donbas and done". If Ukrained agreed to give up Donbas, Ru would say this is a good start and immediately add demands, you know, "to address the root causes of the war".

Again, for emphasis: russia has not agreed to ANYTHING. Nearly 100% of the media coverage presents the current situation as: if Ukraine agrees to giving up Donbas, there will be peace. That is not the case! Stop acting as if it were.

Trump does not want peace, he does not want security, he does not care about lost lives and he does not want to work with Europe. He wants to help Putin/Russia and make as much money as possible. That is all this is. Everything else is a steaming pile of BS.

Only once people admit that the entire Ukraine-Russia negotiations process being orchestrated by the USA/Trump is first and last a sham designed to help Putin as much as possible (and provide massive payoffs to the administration), will people be able to discuss it honestly.
