It was a brilliant event this morning with Philip Reeve & Sarah McIntyre! A packed room enjoyed readings from Adventuremice: Mousehole to the Centre of the Earth, draw-alongs with Sarah & the whole audience making up an original board game then playing it with a big blow-up die - such a lot of fun!

What a WONDERFUL event we had here at The Bookery on Thursday with @barker.claire, author and illustrator of Hettie Nettle's Handbook for Hedgewitches. The children made the most amazing wish sticks! Huge thanks to Claire and to all the children who took part!
