New @bitmapbooks.com book arrived, and the quality of this content is absolutely phenomenal. This is full of quotes from devs and other industry insiders, as well as numerous modern content creators who cover/play these games. I'm very impressed, and I hope volume 2 can be published soon as well!

Employer started swinging the axe today, layoffs have begun. I personally know at least two of the individuals who've been axed, and at least one other impacted department. Crossing my fingers that I don't get any similar calls today or tomorrow. Gonna be a tense day.
