I lived with my abuser for ten years. Ten years of being controlled. Ten years of being physically mentally and emotionally and s3xually abused. I lost my dad to Covid I lost my sister unexpectedly on my birthday. I watch my mom fight everyday to live. Some days I get lost in my depression.

This month has already started out so badly. This is my sisters coming up birthday first one not being on earth anymore. She passed a few months ago on my birthday. The amount of grief I have experienced has literally broken me.

Full zombie mode today 😩

I was up almost all night long 😩 worried not feeling well and stressing. Then I even woke up at 4am with my heart racing 148 bpm. Not sure if I had a bad dream or what happened. But it was an absolute horrible night.
