where I grew up we called common terrestrial isopods: butchy boys I learned about the pink ones, and I'm drawn to them a lot. I also learned that the vivarium they require is not too large, so it is a good pet for small spaces 🩷 when I was small I would put butchy boys in a cardboard box to watch
