I’m not snobby about it but I’m not a fan of heavily auto-tuned voices. Most singers use it in production to some extent, and singers know for heavy use have fabulous voices without it. It’s clearly very popular, and a reasoned aesthetic choice to have the vocal modulation of a dialup modem.

We’re experiencing the long tail harm of austerity. Ambitious projects, economic redevelopment and societal change takes long term investment. We stopped investing in our future 15 years ago; now we’re looking around asking why it’s barren. Any leader will face the dilemma of bare cupboards.
