Evening recovery run! Tried using @gentler.app’s “Gentler Go” feature, was good to see how a lower heart rate zone helps recovery. #running

First run back after taking a break. Felt pretty good to get back into it. 🏃‍♂️ #running

Holiday Pt.2: Sydney After leaving Canberra travelled up to Sydney and spent 2 days there being tourists. The Westfield/Sydney Tower was stunning and absolutely would recommend, allowed us to get some great views. Travelled around to the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Tooronga Zoo, and more.

Holiday Pt.1: Canberra Had a great time in Canberra visiting a friend’s CDF parade, and exploring with my beautiful partner. Got to checkout a bunch of cool sights such as the AIS, War Memorial, Parliament, and the Royal Canberra show to name a few.

Went for a short run this morning after getting in from a flight last night. Was feeling pretty refreshed, not nearly as tired as some of my other runs. Weather was nice and cool but not cold so felt lovely to run in. #running 🏃‍♂️
