~20 years ago, I was on holiday with my family, but sitting alone on a bench, looking at the sea, in the rain. Two elderly men then sat with me, chatting with each other, until one of them turned to me and said "...but between the raindrops, it's dry." Whatever the context was, this stuck with me.

#Tavqotd Yes! Meliahwyl is quite tolerant of the cold - at least natural cold, like winter weather. She layers up well, drinks (even more) tea and soup, the spends a lot of time in wolf wild shape to be insulated by the double coat. Having spent so much time in the wilds has forced her to adapt!

#Tavqotd Oh, werewolf, of course. Meliahwyl might even low-key want to become one 😅 The more reasonable side of her bats these thoughts away.

#Tavqotd As long as it's far enough in the story that Meliahwyl trusts everyone (which doesn't take long, tbf), Meliahwyl...doesn't actually mind at all. There's community building and practical body heat sharing in bundling together.

#Tavqotd Meliahwyl will happily say yes! Platonically, of course. Before Wyll, Meliahwyl was okay or good enough at dancing (depends on the type, probably), but she's learned quite a bit from him and feels more confident saying yes to one-on-one dance requests from others now.
