Spent the afternoon finally learning how to bleed the brakes on my bike - did the front brake diligently referencing instructions then got blasé with the rear and had to do it twice 🙈.. rewarding myself with some tasty beer.

We have used the “crystal maze” dome for 3 years at the allotment but never sighted it at the front of the plot… it’s got quite a bit of attention this year as it’s a bit different to a green house 😂 youtu.be/rH-NrmeU9cU

Well it is mildly annoying that my in laws pristine iPad 4 that they just want to watch iPlayer and itvx on is pretty much like a brick. Stuck on ios10 so can’t download apps and the itv.com website doesn’t work on whatever version of safari they are stuck on. 😩

I used a container query to solve a real world website problem today for the first time. Not quite the 😮 of using flex for the first time but we have been rather spoilt with css of late. 🥰 bloody love #css

I cycled to the city for a meeting with an agency today and realised it’s the first time I’ve done that commute for over 2 years! It all felt so familiar and I had forgotten that sense of place you feel going to and from somewhere rather than the commute from the kitchen into the front room. 🙃

When in the wiggle mode, hit edit then configure and the choose light icons. Must default to automatic now.

Can you have dark theme but not dark icons as these look horrendous since I updated iOS 🥲

There are a lot of very smart, thoughtful, interesting people who don't see how much chatgpt is flattening their ideas. And bringing back dimension actually requires a lot of labor.

Totally forgot i signed up for a loan of a thermal camera from @octopus.energy so it was a surprise when DpD dropped it off - easy to spot that my wife had sneaked the underfloor heating on in the kitchen! Can confirm dog is toasty curled up on the bed too. 😂
