Staggering analysis here linking ciprofloxacin resistance to specific mutations in #Klebsiella. In short, using ONLY genotype, one can reasonably predict phenotypic CIP MICs! See Fig 3 (below). Loving the splitting of MIC and disk diffusion data as well. #AMR #MicroSky #IDSky
