they finally found him. he was safe—hiding in a barn, so at least he had some kind of shelter last night. it was in the low 20s and he was barefoot. his father didn’t make it but it looks like his mother might i really hope he gets the help he needs

it took hours to get the kids home yesterday and since they still haven’t caught the guy the lockdown was in effect the minute the kids walked on campus today. they’re staying home. i heard gunshots at work last night after the suspect was spotted nearby. we’re just not leaving the house today.

sobbing outside my youngest’s school. they won’t let me in. won’t let me get my kids. they’re just trapped. i fucking hate this
