Earlier in the week I was busy outside helping a handyman. Wednesday night Ann started getting a sore throat, which developed into a head cold. Guess who got it next. So, we are both sniffling & coughing. I have 3 pots planned & clay ready, but not with a runny nose!

OMG, no! Ann ordered a #TheSwissColony breakfast meats box for her brother, but it was sent here. The bacon says use in 1 week. We tried the maple ham links (serving size 6!). One bite & we both threw them in the garbage. Imagine dissected weiner crossed with a summer sausage. 1/ #food

Looks like I'm going to have to use more temper in this black clay. It was supposed to have a shrinkage rate of 5%, but it has shrunk more that the wild clays I normally use which have shrinkage rates of 6% to 9%. #ceramics
