The UN explained yesterday that it was one of the people with his party who ran ahead to the top of the escalator to get the shot of him ascending and triggered something. That's why it stopped. Additionally, his people were handling the teleprompter. It figures.

One of the speakers at the Healthy Indoor Air event at the UN referred to the ginormous subsidies that unhealthy fossil fuels get around the world, and it made me think about how California is the only state in the U.S. without a fossil fuel extraction fee. The only one! Someone should run on that.
