The developers have requested a Phase 1 Waiver from MEPA! This waiver would let them start work at Hanscom's Navy Hangar before finishing MEPA's review of the larger 18-hangar expansion, a key foot in the door for them. Ask Sec. Tepper to deny this request! Spje.org/npc or link in bio for toolkit.
