Transit funding is about real people + real jobs in every PA county. ✅ Fund transit ✅ Fix roads & bridges ✅ Create local jobs ✅ No new taxes The House acted, 5 times! The Senate has no excuse. If they say no? They owe Pennsylvanians an answer and a plan.

Just voted yes on the General Appropriations bill, not because it’s perfect, but because it’s progress toward advancing the final budget bills. This bill invests in schools, health care, housing, and public safety. Pennsylvanians deserve action, not delays.

Today we passed bills that support our teachers, increase awareness of mental health services, and provide consumer education.

PA is the only large state without a False Claims Act, and it’s costing us millions. The Taxpayer Protection Against Fraud Act would crack down on fraud, protect whistleblowers, and help recover taxpayer money. It’s time to hold bad actors accountable. 💸

Too many online subscriptions auto-renew without notice, and canceling can be a nightmare. That’s why I support a bill to require clear renewal terms, advance notice, and simple online cancellations. It’s time to put consumers back in control. 💪

From streaming to takeout, “free trials” shouldn’t come with hidden strings. HB 129 puts consumers back in control by ending shady auto-renewals and requiring clear opt-in consent. No more sneaky subscriptions. Just fairness.

There’s nothing beautiful about cutting support for the most vulnerable.

Overdraft fees shouldn’t break the bank, especially for families already stretched thin. HB 1553 caps these fees at $15 or less and protects you from unfair charges. Let’s put people over profit.

If you’re working overtime or relying on tips to make ends meet, your paycheck shouldn’t be punished. We’re cutting state taxes on overtime and tips, putting hundreds of dollars back where it belongs: in your pocket

Every second counts in an emergency. I voted to require EpiPens in childcare centers to ensure kids with severe allergies are safer and better protected.

No one should lose their home to scammers. I voted to protect vulnerable homeowners from deed fraud and strengthen safeguards against property theft.

Kids learn best when they’re healthy. That’s why I supported legislation to remove barriers to healthcare coverage in our schools so every student has the support they need to thrive.

I proudly voted to increase access to menstrual products because no one should have to miss school or work because they can’t afford basic hygiene.

Nearly 1 million working Pennsylvanians will benefit from the Working Pennsylvanians Tax Credit worth 30% of their federal EITC. That’s up to $2,300 back in the pockets of folks who need it most.

Big corporations dodge taxes using out-of-state tricks like charging their PA stores millions to “use” a mascot. That’s how a local Mom & Pop ends up paying more in taxes than a nationwide chain. It’s wrong and we’re fixing it with combined reporting.

Today in the House, we advanced a strong slate of legislation to support families, stabilize housing, address abandoned vehicles, expand educational opportunities, support veterans, and more. Proud to keep delivering for our communities.

From IVF to surrogacy, it’s 2025: our laws should modernize to match how families are made. This bill gives all families legal clarity from day one, safeguards surrogates, ensures access to health insurance and child support, and protects kids through life’s ups and downs.

I’m holding space for the deep pain and fear that so many in the trans community are feeling right now. You are seen, you are valued, and you are not alone. No ruling can erase the beauty, strength, and existence of trans lives.

Every $1 we invest in transit brings $5 in economic activity and creates hundreds of jobs. Even if you don’t ride, you benefit. Let’s treat transit like the job creator it is.

The House has experienced some technical challenges this week, which has really slowed down our ability to vote as the electronic voting system is not working correctly. But today we managed to vote on a public transit funding bill that is a good next step toward adequate funding.

We need a bold investment in public transit. Safer commutes, more jobs, and stronger communities. Let’s get it done.
