I'm trying to keep myself in a positive mood, as best I can. Yesterday reminded me that it sadly only takes 1 smol thing to make me fly off the rails. My emotions lie on a string, and ANYthing can break it. But at least I reached out to people before I went to sleep and asked for hugs. Progress?

After a couple weeks of being genuinely happy, it's all come crashing down so fast. I'm really trying to stay stable, but it...feels less and less possible, lately.

My internet works, again! The technician who came out here today said we had an internet line/cable outside that got cut, somehow. I'm glad it's now fixed, and I should be able to stream again, tomorrow!

It really sucks when my confidence takes SOOOOOO long to rebuild itself. For example: I was in line for a promotion at my job in September, and didn't get it because of 1 bad day at work. Only now, 7 months later, do I feel confident in my abilities to even consider stepping up, again.

I'm feeling better now. I was in a BAD way yesterday. I was just in bed resting, and all of a sudden: I got hit with a MASSIVE wave of depression. Many times, my evil mind has tried telling me that my friends only tolerate me, rather than love and appreciate me. Trying to block it.
