Completely at a loss for words as to how to explain to my coworker (who is from a different generation) that an email simply saying "THANKS........." is basically flipping me off by my generation's standards (millennial). 🥴

Yeah, I write for myself. But I also write because I want to hopefully one day give someone the same feeling I have when reading Lord of the Rings, A Song of Ice and Fire, Berserk, One Piece. Things that give me life. Even just giving a fraction of that feeling to someone else would be worth it.
