Very occasionally now, I am feeling totally myself, and it strikes me suddenly, as if for the first time, that I am not merely a woman but a trans woman. And this is somehow the most surprising fact I've ever learned. All I can do is laugh, my experience is so absurd and novel.

A look into my level design process! I always do my interconnected level design with graphs, so I can see how the player will navigate and which items they need. This is extra important for an item randomizer like Arcanaclysm.

I'm so mad that eating more healthily, doing yoga every morning, going to pilates & circuit training & badminton, trying to limit screen time & read before bed actually make me feel so much better - it fucking *works* truly sickening

My DnD character is sooo doomed, if he dies that will be the /best/ outcome. Every other fate is worse. I love this game and I love Shuckle. I hate this game and I hate Shuckle.

This is my first game so it's moderately sensible. If I end up doing this full time, I'm going to eventually end up making games where the only way to purchase it is to find me and chase me down IRL like that rabbit in Mario 64. Either that or find the golden tickets I've hidden around the world.

Was like, damn I wish I had more than one trans character in this story so I could cover more angles, and then I realized I can just do that. You get a gender, everyone gets a gender!

It started off main protagonist with a supporting cast, and now all the secondary characters are *way* more interesting. I think I might have to make this game proper JRPG party style, even though that's massive scope creep, I'm not sure I care. #gamedesign #writing #fantasy
