The brilliant @theklamorgenroth.bsky.social released a paper on dissecting class stereotypes in the US, i.e. how lower-class and upper-class in the US are seen. Turns out, the stereotypes are diverse - but also some common patterns emerge, like stereotyping lower class as uneducated.

Any ECRs who focus on health disparities in medicine interested in giving an invited talk (Zoom or in person) at our campus on Feb 5th? An interdisciplinary Health Humanities group came to me late last semester for some names and those didn't work out so far. If anyone is interested, let me know. 😀
