Trump announced a deal with Novo Nordisk & Eli Lilly to discount weight-loss drugs like Wegovy, lowering monthly costs to ~$50–$350 though we have no idea how it will work or who qualifies. Most people will probably never see $50 and $350 is still unaffordable for many.

Sanctioning Attorneys: The court could discipline the government's attorneys, including imposing fines or even disbarment, if they are found to be deliberately helping their client defy a court order or using improper legal tactics to cause delay. Or Writs of Mandamus
