When you don’t hesitate to share people’s photoshoot booking posts, commission slots etc but then no one bats an eye when YOU need help with promotion. I’m not saying everything needs to be 1:1 but it hurts when I put in so much to help others out and get nothing in return 😭

The helmet wigs are very cool sculptural pieces that people put a fuckton of effort into, with some very cool results, but I’d love to never hear wigs styled like hair called “unrealistic” or “basic” or “beginner” ever again, thank you 😭😭😭

Styling a wig with a crimper or straightener and not realizing it auto turned off is the equivalent of sewing with an unknowingly empty bobbin 🤣

There’s truly nothing more demoralizing than getting laid of twice in the past 2 years because your position as a creative was deemed unnecessary and then to be thrusted into a market where the ask is for “designers” to work on AI lead missions. Disgusting.

If you’re excited by the improvement in AI, you shouldn’t consider yourself a creative. We as creatives, never stop learning and AI takes away the effort artists have put forward to “do the thing for you”, no learning needed. Art is subjective but generative AI is not.
