I'm proud so many love visiting Bath, but millions of tourists put real pressure on our city. It's great the Government is giving mayors the power to introduce a tourist levy, which I had previously called for in Parliament. But we must ensure the money raised benefits both residents and visitors.

Great to meet with industry experts to discuss the key obstacles to scaling home decarbonisation yesterday. Providing warmer homes at scale is absolutely paramount for reaching Net Zero. And as the cheapest energy is the energy we don’t use, insulation is also the key to affordable heating.
