One of my favorite obscure pieces in my collection. In the first Modern Masters Grand Prix in Las Vegas, they *vastly* underestimated attendance so they didn't have enough stamped product for day 2 drafts. So the organizers cracked hundreds of packs and wrote "LV" on every card in lieu of stamps.
