Fun. In the last 48 hours I seem to have developed some sort of histamine response over most of my body. Something is causing hives and I've *never* had this happen before. I'm hoping it's just a fatigued autoimmune system from my recovery and sleep issues. I've cleaned bed/clothes/self, etc.

Surgery update: 3 week follow-up appointment was this morning. Got the all-clear to return to work, resume moderate activity. Just can't lift anything heavy for a few more weeks, but afterwards I'm free to start ramping up back to full speed.

8 days post-surgery update. Pain is negligible. Stronger every day. No problems walking, sitting, standing, stairs, etc. Today is exactly 6 months to the day since I started my pre-op restrictive diet, I'm down 195 pounds in that time. I'll likely be on the south side of 400 before new years.
