Yesterday I went to the PPS school board budget meeting to support a friend arguing for her job and her department. I was heartened to hear the public comments, every single one of which was arguing for arts & cultural programs, special ed, translators, library staffing, counselors, & ofc teachers

Lately I’ve been getting YouTube ads for male performance enhancement and Newsmax polls, so I’ve either successfully convinced them I’m a white man (thanks, HRT!) or my watch history of ghost hunting shows has them convinced I’m gullible (their target demographic).

Listen, I fully believe in ghosts. I also fully believe in watching YouTube ghost hunting shows and every time they hear a knock, scratch, or creak, yelling at the TV, “YOU’RE IN AN ABANDONED BUILDING; ANIMALS EXIST.”

Last night, a friend’s 21-yr-old son told me that reverse racism & misandry are real problems, only 2 genders exist but he respects my pronouns, all who don’t accept Christ into their heart go to hell, & described in detail a blowjob from a “lower mid” girl with a snaggletooth. Gen Z is not alright.

A fun new game I like to play is guessing which executive order folks on my socials are freaking out about now. If I’m wrong, I take a drink. If I’m right, I take a drink. Wait this is just drinking.

This is why I’ve been mum this week while folks praise his inclusion of LGBTQ people. Funny how quick the T becomes silent. Also, I have a whole chapter in Queer Devotion dedicated to upending his trans-exclusionary doctrine of “infinite dignity” that locates said divinity in binary biological sex.

I pulled something in my back/shoulder while weight lifting and it hurts THE WORST when I’m on the computer. Does this mean I get the day off? 🥺
