The one thing that pisses me off about the English language is the word "Geoduck". It has a Greek prefix for earth that has a SINGLE way of pronunciation. And we decide, in this moment, rather than spelling the critter any other way, that we're gonna pronounce "Ghee-oh" as "goo-ee". I detest it.

There's this one guy I watch on FA. Love his character design, like a lot of what he gets UNTIL he gets a sequence. I have to mentally keep track, like, "Oh part 1 of 5...part 2...3" and then never ever touch 5. Didn't pay attention. Looked at it. Audibly went "Oh goddammit." Bad ends, man.

I've been seeing more ads for UV sterilizers. Most of them have awful output because they use cheap LEDs. Which can still work, you just need an incredibly long exposure time. But to put that in perspective: A Class 2 A2 BSC has a 4-foot long UV bulb that needs 15 minutes to kill.

I finally learned a lesson I wish I had learned when I was 6: I need to be impulsive and act on those impulses. I've yet to be wrong about them. This could have saved me a lot of wastes years. The few of you that know me IRL know how incredibly reserved I am in everything. And I need to not be that.

Another Finnish tip. They're not antisocial. In fact, they're suuuuuper social. They're all just cripplingly shy. You gotta make the first move. Also their alcohol is, like, really strong.

Seriously. Even with my trash grasp on the language, they light up like fireworks as soon as you attempt a kiitos.

Pro tip for visiting Finland: If you took any Finnish, just try it. They get such a kick out of any attempt at their language. They even get excited about bad failures.
