I cannot recommend you enough to install the Wikipedia app on your devices and use it like you would any search engine. Nowadays they even have tabs so you can open many articles at once. And, if you can, please donate to the foundation. It has survived the internet enshittification that way.

My extended PAX related absence was deeply felt at home, proved by these 2 cuties physically fighting for who got to sit on me, while I rested my pax-ed out body on the couch today 🥰 Indescribably epic weekend, and I can't wait to do it all again next year. Maybe my feet will feel better by then.

I upcycled some cute but battered drawers I got at an Op Shop (aka thrift store) for a friend. I saw Beetlejuice: The Musical this week! As (obviously) a huge fan of the film, I enjoyed all the differences in the adaption 🥰 Our Beetlejuice (the understudy James Haxby) had a killer amount of charisma. Could have watched him caper around for hours. Perfect way to spend a rare night out 👻

I want to tell another story about this housemate because once at 10:30pm he suggested we watch a movie and I thought he said The Warriors (1979) which I hadn't seen but sounded fun. But he put on Once Were Warriors (1994) and I cannot express how little vibes these two movies share.

Once my Finnish housemate was singing 'Bare Necessities' from Jungle Book in Finnish and I was like, wait; how does that song work in Finnish? She explained that in Finnish they call a lazy day 'a bear day' And I told her that in English the whole song is a pun on bare/bear! Fascinating stuff 🥰
