I need some advice / help. Does anyone here sleep on their stomach usually with their hand over their head. I have chronic shoulder pain due to this. Worse way you can sleep supposedly. Anyone any tips or gadgets / pillows etc to retrain myself to sleep on my back ? Thanks.
