Been a while since i posted some lift progress. Challenged myself to keep increasing during my max effort that if i hit 3 reps to increase the weight. Got two PB's. Now i need a soak and a rub down i swear.

Completed another lift cycle. Mixed results but some improvements. Bench may need de-loading or upping the weight of exhaustion sets. Still numbers all up even if only a little for some.

Got through another lift cycle. A lil improvement im my max weight lifts (especially squat which may be a new weight vs rep max for me). Sticking to and increasing all my assistance/exhaustion sets really went well this cycle. So more horse be waddling about!

Still feeling a bit weak as i rebuild my strength from late last year work and some rough sickness. This is the first cycle where i felt i was getting closer to my old PB's. Gosh its hard seeing these so low but a horse is working back up still!

It has become warm enough and this horse sweaty enough, that i must crack open the liquid chalk again. That true milestone of summer has arrived for me.
