New sailing blog is kinda meh. All the slayer stuff looks neutral to bad imo, but all the side stuff is looking good, especially some of the clarifications around the max cape, how skill total worlds will work, all those things that were likely to get lost in the "OMG NEW CONTENT" rush.

General thoughts about the Doom boss now that the grind is over: Really enjoyed the grind. They somehow managed to nail the difficulty/scaling on a system that's inherently difficult to balance. I also like the fact that each "kill" feels more like a smaller version of a raid.

Finished the game today, really enjoyed it, probably the biggest rug pull plot twist I've seen in a video game in a long time.

This "Grid Master" thing seems really weird conceptually. It's like, they've restricted what a "league" can be so much over the years. So now that they've decided to create something that absolutely falls into the definition of a "league", they're insisting it's something different.

You know, I hope they never end up bringing the "Eastern Lands" to OSRS, if only because based on Jagex's track record, they're gonna try to come up with boss names that "fit the inspiration", and it's gonna end up horrifically racist

Been listening to the new Pendulum album, and ngl it's pretty disappointing for there to only be 2 non-interlude tracks that weren't released previously on singles/EPs. Really just feels like "We wrote an EP and decided to tack on all our singles from the past 5 years to make it album-length".
