i'm admittedly biased on favoring most 5th gen+ platforms, but Sony's PS1 is unmistakably THE juggernaut of that gen which amazingly lucked out with a variety of games not too unlike its Nintendo precursors, but also with devs often successfully meeting the 3D/multimedia dreams once promised by 3DO

this month, the PS1 might give last year's Saturn Month a run for its money, but i do often think about how strong the Saturn's library turned out in the grand scheme of all my platform anniversary months so far — truly a goated system

ohhhh so this is why I keep seeing discourse about twitch streamers having ICE ads during commercials on twitch and getting 'cancelled' because viewers think they control what ads get served. I see in other news, use Ublock Origin and Alternate Player for Twitch browser extensions
