My new “favorite” leg day finisher is a “weighted wall sit on toes” - 60 seconds is the goal (which I didn’t reach, lol) for three sets. As you can see, the legs shake uncontrollably and it’s murder. 10/10 recommend.

If we’re just getting acquainted on here, this is what I do for fun in my free time. 😅 I’m the GM of a private personal training studio as well as a personal trainer. I’m also always trying to lift heavier to build my confidence. Building back up, today was 265lbs for a 1 rep max. Plus gold tights 😉

I switched to Apple Music in mid-June, so my Replay is a little off kilter as I continue to adjust, but this isn’t terribly surprising overall. Very shocked I hit 10,000 minutes between June and September. 😳
