it can be a tricky line between isolating myself and taking a genuine step back to assess my needs and feelings. I'm doing my best though and am being very wary, for my own sake

heavy feelings that might be skewed extra negatively because I'm just feeling shitty.. rough realisation.. acceptance?.. that my chronic people pleasing (and other such schemas) is tied a lot deeper than my self-worth.. but more specifically my sense of self, and the value of me being alive..

yesterday I got a drawing tablet to properly try out some digital drawing for the first time... I'm kinda going in blind and don't really know what I'm doing... I was a bit worried it would be tricky to get used to.. however!! I'm already getting the hang of it really easily and I'm enjoying it
