Messed up my back mid December. Been trying to stay active but limited to walking on a treadmill and some stationary bike along with physical therapy. The last two days though, I was able to run a little bit on the treadmill. So hoping I'm getting close to a full recovery.

I absolutely LOVE hiking, but I also have a severe fear of heights and even vertigo when facing exposure on bluffs and cliffs. "Exposure therapy" is how I've been dealing with it, which isn't easy in the Midwest. But climbing gyms have helped so much. I even moved on to the BIG walls at the gym 😎
