A little insight on how I brew coffee with equipment I haven’t used in a long time! Usually if I get a new brewer I try to learn as much as I can with it so I can right guidelines in my pocket journal for future me 50g Costa Rica medium roast, 4 min brew, clear and juicy final cup, not bitter

I used my gaiwan to brew the earl grey cream tea I got a couple months ago from a local tea shop, I added 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 half teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 shots of flor del cafe peaberry beans I roasted, and some extra steamed milk for foam!
