One of the things Starmer's defenders on here get so wrong is to insist it's all about media froth. In fact, as that Jess Philips letter demonstrates, the most damning criticism of Starmer comes from those concerned about the policy and delivery process.

Of all the calls made on Starmer to go, this by @jessphillipsmp.bsky.social is the one that carries the most weight by far I think. The most thought and reasoning behind the letter - and the most determined to do it because of trying to do the right thing (as she always has, on these matters).
