Checking out Grokipedia on RCS since I know a thing or two about the topic: > ... carriers like those using Google Jibe hubs routinely inspecting decrypted payloads to enforce policies, as confirmed in deployment analyses where TLS alone proved insufficient against endpoint access by providers.

afaik you're the biggest project encouraging the use of Jib. Google has just abandoned Kaniko and is doing less than the bare minimum maintaining Jib, with bugs and PRs left untouched for more than a year. A fork governed by people who care about community contributions would be nice.

I never understood the stance "the issue isn't Jira but how it's configured". If a tool enables and encourages such bad practices, it's definitely at fault.

I had a little USD balance at my Swiss broker and I thought I could outsmart IBKR doing an ACH transfer instead of playing the SWIFT fees roulette, but they returned the funds and it cost me $25 in fees. π It must come from a US bank and they really check. π

Xavier Niel calling Musk an asshole is another episode of "the worst people you know are all fighting" but for people who don't know French billionaires, at least Niel is genuinely funny when roasting people on Twitter.

MAGAts realizing Elon is gonna eat their face is extremely funny but let me share a personal anecdote. Some have asked "why aren't there more European H-1Bs"? I'm unsure it's true in proportion, and remember that Europeans can get a green card within 2/3 years while Indians need a multiple of that.

With Spark 4.0 coming, some people might need to migrate codebases from Scala 2.12 to 2.13 and face pains that the rest of the community experienced 5 years ago... I wrote a small guide to help you through the process:
