Our Walk & Talk walking group recently enjoyed a summer special having a walk through sunny Manchester! A fantastic time was had and everyone really enjoyed the day out. The walk started at New Islington tram stop, then heading down and ending the day at the Castleton Viaduct Community Garden.

Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Each year, it helps friends, families, and communities to have millions of conversations about mental health. It can be hard to open up sometimes, but today: sit down, have a brew, and have a chat to a friend or a family member.
