Data is correct, causal agency is (IMO) incorrect. The vast majority of ppl who use AI to make images and video have never touched and would never touch Photoshop/AfterEffects/Illustrator/etc. The issue is Adobe trying to squeeze its users with subscriptions, and other customer-hostile behavior.

I know I rave about this a lot but Black Sails. One of my favourite live-action shows of all time, it ended when it should, the ending was thematically satisfying, left me wanting more in a good way but I'm also glad it ended when it did.

I spent the holidays at my parents' house, where I have a filing cabinet full of sketchbooks from approximately 2004 to 2011. Leafing through the sketchbooks brought me joy and inspiration, they looked nothing like the sketchbooks you see on social media today. Social media has ruined sketchbooks.

Drew some nice anatomy, now struggling to cover it with clothes and can't just not draw some clothes for this specific thing. Sad.

Still haven't had basically any food this year, starving and the treats 100% don't count. -my dog

Sitting a stewing in frustration isn't nearly as cathartic as just designing a poster. Let's see how often I remember that in 2026.
