It’s getting colder in Oregon. So we’ve officially entered the part of the year where I bitch about living in the PNW.

I can actively tell the meds are working. This morning I woke up and started dancing. I went into the kitchen, the HomePod started blasting Kpop demon hunters soundtrack and I cleaned the kitchen, did the dishes, and took my meds. I even was taking videos of me dancing. The mental health is healing.
