This is probably an unpopular opinion, but Harris’s problem was Harris. She let important moments go by without response, she never gave voters a direct response to their complaints, and she smiled and laughed too much. It’s not presidential. Look at Newsom—he’s pissed and popular.

Hillary was one of the consultants. Harris definitely made mistakes as well. But there were goods things in her campaign that died the minute she got the nomination.

There were a multitude of problems. We need to learn from all of them. There's always someone who feels to personally involved to learn from one of them. On a side note, we need to get rid of this idea of something or someone being presidential. We need to focus on a person's political views.

The House of Representatives needs to be expanded to 1000 members, but is democratic because it is apportioned based on population. The Senate is undemocratic because it overrepresents low populations states with empty land. For democracy to be realized ours needs to be entirely majority rule.

Yes the electoral college needs to go, it should be based on the popular vote. It would be a pretty big deal if they found people were deliberately faking the count. Thankfully elections so far have been secure and fair against that anyway. We'll see how that holds up in 2026 and 2028.
