If there's one thing that all my weird little Linux gaming edge cases have taught me, it's this: Linux gaming is absolutely ready for prime time. Even more so if you have a non-Nvidia GPU and a non-Microsoft controller. The shit just works. It's not perfectly seamless every time but it WORKS FINE.
